The whole thing is close to a nightmare. I am glad the views were nice. Wrong advertisement. Lucky if you can ride 10km without stops in 5h journey ,bus late 1 hour, although it went out on time and there were no traffic jams.

The worst trip ever. The bus driver was a real nightmare. He was rude and drove like crazy, very unsafely, using his phone a lot. He was speaking either on the phone or with passengers THE WHOLE TIME and he was literally SHOUTING. I was sitting next to him because I get car sick, and he gave me headache. I tried to listen to music with my earbuds not to hear his voice, but it was not enough: he was speaking so LOUD that I couldn't even listen to music. Is he paid to drive or to talk??? Also he was honking FOR NO REASON and THE WHOLE TIME. I never get angry in general but he really made me loose my patience. Also, he stopped MANY TIMES to allow some passengers to smoke sigarettes. It took us almost 2 hours more to arrive to the destination (also because of traffic of course). Also, he was making fun of me. I was very uncomfortable. The bus itself was kind of old. Not even USB ports to charge the phone. I paid the same money for a luxury limousine bus for the same amount of hours. I don't recommend travelling with this company, especially with this driver!!!

I felt/ thought staff was not very friendly and driver was going fast! I believe our seats where suppose to be in the middle, but other guests didnt want to sit in the back so we were placed in the back. Due to the fact that the driver other passengers had a lot of luggage.... we could not put our seats back ....

The bus was clean and quite confortable regarding the price. Departed on time and was easy to find. It makes a lot of stops but arrived on time at destination. Note that there is nothing to charge phones or anything.
