For operators that support mTickets, the SMS sent to your mobile can be produced when boarding, and you will be allowed to travel. For operators not supporting mTickets, it is a must to take a printout of the e-ticket and produce it when boarding. The e-ticket is sent to the email ID provided when boarding. Some bus operators currently do not support the option to choose specific seats. Instead, the bus operator will flexibly arrange seats when passengers board the bus. Therefore, you only need to select the number of tickets when booking online. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation of successful booking for the total number of tickets booked. However, some bus operators will inform you of the seat location when you book a seat.

You may receive a confirmation call for your trip, depending on the bus operator. If the pick-up point is the bus operator's office or the bus station, you should arrive 30 minutes (weekdays) or 60 minutes (holidays/Tet) before departure and present your ticket information for check-in.
If you are being picked up at home or along the way, the driver/staff will contact you beforehand, but the timing depends on each bus operator. Please keep your phone ready and proactively contact the bus operator if needed.

The cancellation of a ticket booked on the redBus website depends on the bus operator's policy, as redBus does not have a separate cancellation and refund policy as of now.

Additionally, the buyer can request to cancel the ticket directly on the redBus website through the "Cancel" function on the homepage. Specifically, the buyer must enter the ticket number and email address to request that redBus cancel the ticket.
redBus will verify the cancellation request as soon as the buyer requests to cancel the ticket on the redBus website or while calling redBus. If the buyer requests to cancel the ticket via email, redBus will verify the cancellation request after 4-5 hours of receiving the email.

redBus provides a 100% refund if the bus is missed due to either redBus or its partner company's fault. However, no refund is provided if the bus is missed for any reason not directly related to redBus.
