Comfortable bus on time. Staff all very polite and helpful. My 2nd sleeper the first had a toilet this did not. Was static for a prolonged period looked like a land slide could not be helped but water started leaking from my aircon vents. It was not raining ? Wifi was a nice surprise.

An excellent new bus with S-class seats. However, as always in Vietnam, finding your bus is always a challenge, even if you're punctual person. Another request: please ask the driver not to talk too loudly or for too long. The trip was comfortable, on schedule, and included stops.

Overall, it was a very comfortable sleeper bus. The seat came equipped with a massage feature, a TV with headphones, and complimentary water. There was plenty of width, though at 182 cm tall, I found myself wishing for just a few extra centimeters of legroom. The drivers were much better than on the other sleeper bus I’ve tried. I did wake up occasionally due to some sudden braking or accelerating, but it wasn't too bad. By morning, I felt well-rested and ready to take on the day.
