I bought a bus ticket for 28/02/2026 with a departure date of 08:00 from Phuong Lam in Dong Nai and an arrival date of 11:20 at Ho Chi Minh Nga Tu Ga bus station. However, when I went to the correct place to pick up my luggage, the bus attendant refused to give it to me and said that my ticket said “Saigon Stop” or “Western Bus Station”. I checked the paper ticket I was given and that was all the information. Please explain why a different bus station was marked on my paper as it was very confusing and stressful.
