This was the best sleeper bus we have ever been on. The drivers were extremely helpful and made my daughter and I feel like queens. We arrived early without any problems. This service was commendable.

Worst trip ever, more than 2 hours late arrival, we stopped almost every 200 meters for the whole trip, driver honking all the way, like psychic torture, ice cold AC, no WiFi, personell behaves like we ride for free or owe something to them, no info given. Bus is clean and comfortable btw.

Awaful experience! Do not recommend to use this company! I booked a ticket from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh on 23.04.2025. In the ticket the time was 5:15-15:10 (which is a lot of time, but ok). I had a flight at 18.05. The driver was making many stops on the way to deliver the parcels, he even let some sellers to enter the bus. As a result we were going sooo slow. At 16 we did not even enter the city. I approached the driver and told him about my flight. He said "17.30". I was shocked. I tried to argue with him, asked him to stop to get taxi. He was rude and told to go back to my sit. At one of the next stops I managed to get out (we still did not enter the city!) and got a taxi. Luckily I managed to get the flight on time. Another thing the pick up in Nha Trang was badly organised, i neededa help from local people to get to a mini van which had no signs and that took me to the bus station. I give 2 stars because the bus was clean and the bed was comfy.

Driver smoking in the bus Drive like a mad man and it’s impossible to rest during the ride as he use the bus horn every 10 seconds !!!!!! It was a nightmare- and smoking inside a bus, really ??
