The bus that I ordered through the Redbus app was delayed by 2.5 hours. I didn't receive any advance notice that the departure would be delayed. No text, no email, nothing. The driver was rude, he wouldn't let me take my suitcase (the smaller one) with things for the baby (11 months old), where he had diapers, wipes, toys, food). He wouldn't let me take a sweet drink (a Mirinda that I brought) I told him that I was six months old and needed sugary drinks. I argued back and forth until he let me. We didn't reach our destination. He dropped us off at the station in front of the final station, which I had paid for. When I told him that this wasn't the final stop and that I had paid for my trip to the final one, he started saying something in Vietnamese and pointed outside. Finally, when I threatened him with complaints and claims and how he could do this to a pregnant woman with an 11-month-old child, he finally found a replacement car. Terrible, disgusting, sad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The bus is good and service is also good, just had 1 problem, they cancelled my booking from klook, mentioning that bus is full (as it was little cheaper there), but when I booked it from redbus at little higher price, they confirmed it.

The shuttle was almost an hour late and dropped us off at the bus just before departure, so we didn't have time to eat. At the first stop, the drivers ate normal food prepared just for them, while our option was only to eat disgusting, overpriced bun bo hue. The most of passengers just skipped the dinner. For the rest of the trip, the drivers were rude and treated us like prisoners

Nhà xe đổi giờ xuất bến từ trạm Nguyễn Huệ, đổi từ 10h40 thành 10h15. Hoàn toàn không thông báo, đổ lỗi KH mua vé qua đại lý thì trách nhiệm thuộc về đại lý, Futa Hà Sơn không có trách nhiệm. Rất vớ vẩn! 02 nhân viên phòng vé gân cổ lên đổ lỗi cho khách hàng và đại lý vé, hoàn toàn không có động thái kết hợp xử lý.

Những lần trước tôi ko bị say xe nhưng dạo gần đây tôi thường hơi có cảm giác buồn nôn (mỗi lần đều đã uống thuốc chống say xe trước đó), tôi ko rõ vấn đề từ tôi hay không gian xe có gì thay đổi ko, mong nhà xe xem xét và kiểm tra lại nếu có vấn đề gì mới, tôi vẫn luôn tin tưởng lựa chọn nhà xe vì sự nhiệt tình, chu đáo của các tài xế, nên tôi mong nhà xe có thể khắc phục được vấn đề nhỏ này, xin cảm ơn nhà xe nhé
