A nice quality overnight bus. Comfortable beds with masage facility with usb chargers and personal aircon . Pillow and blanket provided. Leaving time spot on but arrived 3 hours early at 5am in Hanoi.

Terrible experience. The sleeper cabin was filthy. The curtain was blackened from dirt and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The pillows were extremely old, with worn-out fabric that felt rough and unpleasant. Everything inside the cabin was dirty and unhygienic. To make matters worse, I specifically selected and paid for a lower cabin when booking, but the staff still demanded an additional payment for the lower cabin upon boarding. Charging extra for a seat that was already selected and paid for is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this bus company to anyone traveling between Hanoi and Sapa.

we risk to lose our bus because they write the wrong location in the e-tickets. We have to pay extra money for taxi and run in a hurry We are extremely disappointed—not only because the total trip is delayed by MORE than one hour, but also because we had to change the bus to in Hanoi and then take a shuttle bus to reach our final destination(Tam Coc as scheduled) These additional transfers were not disclosed on your website at the time of booking. Furthermore, the drivers do not speak English, even at a basic level, which has made communication very difficult and the situation quite stressful, as we are unable to make ourselves understood.

Roads were too bumpy sometimes. Hard to sleep:)
