First, ask for 2 front upper and was assigned back lower. If people ask for front upper. Maybe, just maybe, there's a reason behind it. Anyway... Second. On the ticket, it said arrive at 7:10AM. But the bus arrived at 5:45AM. Dropped us rapidly & go. If we chosed this one, it's specifically cause it'll arrive at 7:10AM...

I've got the seat which was in the end of the bus where it was impossible to lie and sleep, sitting was also impossible. So it was extremely small half-sitting seat. I mentioned while booking that the place in the beginning of the bus is needed, that was ignored. Also it wasn't shown while booking where my seat will be, otherwise I would have canceled this booking and never take such seat. You have to inform customers that the last 2 seats in the end of the bus are low comfort seats and they have to be charged accordingly
