they ask you to come 1h earlier because the bus will leave before the designated time. when you arrive they tell you that they change the bus type, and the bus will leave at the initial departure time. so you woke up early af and you won’t be able to sleep in the bus because it’s a classic bus.

A nice quality overnight bus. Comfortable beds with masage facility with usb chargers and personal aircon . Pillow and blanket provided. Leaving time spot on but arrived 3 hours early at 5am in Hanoi.

Terrible experience. The sleeper cabin was filthy. The curtain was blackened from dirt and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The pillows were extremely old, with worn-out fabric that felt rough and unpleasant. Everything inside the cabin was dirty and unhygienic. To make matters worse, I specifically selected and paid for a lower cabin when booking, but the staff still demanded an additional payment for the lower cabin upon boarding. Charging extra for a seat that was already selected and paid for is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this bus company to anyone traveling between Hanoi and Sapa.
