Tài xế ko hỏi mà đã chở hành lý của khách đi, gọi cskh bị thái độ. Gọi tài xế bị đổ lỗi quá tệ. Nếu ko làm căng còn định bắt khách ra lấy đồ, ko hề có ý định giải quyết thiệt hại cho khách. Khách vừa bước cuống xe lập tức chạy đi, cskh nói giọng mẹ
