Loại xe tui đặt tuy có các máy lạnh nhỏ ở mỗi hàng ghế có thể tự điều chỉnh, nhưng có 1 máy lạnh to đùng xối gió đúng vào hàng 2 của hai đứa tui mà các hàng ghế khác không hề bị dính, hỏi tài xế có thể giảm gió không thì trả lời có vẻ không thân thiện lắm "cả xe có mỗi cái máy lạnh, tắt gió đi nóng sao được" ủa sao cách trả lời khách hàng kì vậy trời. Nguyên chuyến đi vợ chồng tui trùm áo khoác lên cả đầu, nằm co ro thấy mom luôn :) chung quy lỗi là do thiết kế máy lạnh trên xe quá stupid. Này là trải nghiệm chuyến đi nhé, chuyến về bạn tui đặt nhưng tui vẫn kể ở đây luôn: Xe giường nằm đặt vé 270/người, báo xe hư máy lạnh đang đi sửa nên chuyển qua xe 45 chỗ ngồi thẳng (thuê bên ngoài), hỏi có được trả phí chênh lệch không? vì khác nhu cầu ban đầu của khách thì báo "do xe này 300/vé nên không được giảm" =)))) ý là nghe tưởng được cho tận 30k á, mà thực chất không được nằm vì ghế loại xe này chỉ ngả ra sau được chút thôi, không nằm. Cuối cùng xe 45 chỗ này đi giữa đường hư bà máy lạnh, thở không được mà tài không tranh thủ mở cửa lấy oxi dù khách có em bé và la tài xế mỏi mồm luôn, tài cố chấp nên cuối cùng khách đòi xuống xe hết (khúc đi về tới SG nhưng chưa tới trạm), tài thì lái cao tốc với tốc độ 70km/h chậm còn hơn sên. Là 300k/vé dữ chưa? kêu xe kia sửa máy lạnh mà xe này cũng bị thì như không? Dạ em thề bí lắm em mới đi xe này coi như hình phạt của em thui á, còn không thì thui em cảm ơn. Khách cần xe chứ xe đâu cần khách.

Dự kiến 1h chiều toies nhưng bây giờ là 14h44 lúc mình đang type nhưzng dòng này, xe vẫn đang ở long thành. Đi 4 tiếng đồng hồ không 1 trạm dừng chân :))) nhinn tiểu muốn ngất luôn. Mình nghĩ bên xe nên cân nhắc lại về sắp xếp điểm dừng

I'm not really happy about my trip organised by that company, despite of that my booked seat was A2 lower level, I've been told it's busy and moved to upper seat opposite. In the ticket office I've been told that they will drop me by the hotel, despite of that bus took me to outskirts of the city, then been moved to van and dropped in somewhere in the town centre. very confusing situation.

Trải nghiệm nhà xe Hạnh Cafe quá tệ. Trên app ghi xe khởi hành 16h30 tại phan thiết, đã chọn trung chuyển nội thành, đến 16h30 cũng không có ai đón, liên hệ số tài xế được cấp trên app thì kêu a ko có chạy xe này, liên hệ số tổng đài thì ko đúng số văn phòng ở phan thiết, phải tự kiếm số, gọi lần 1 thì nhân viên kêu xe chưa đến a chờ đi. đến gần 5h10 vẫn ko có ai goi, gọi lại lần 2 văn phòng thì 1 nhân viên khác lại kêu 4h30 là khởi hành từ Mũi Né và kêu xe sắp tới rồi, trên vé ghi đón tại văn phòng chứ k có trung chuyển , bây giờ xe trung chuyển cũng ko có nên mình phải tự lật đật chạy ra văn phòng vì sợ trễ, nhưng ko có ai gọi báo nhắc hay gì cả. Cuối cùng xe đến đón lúc 5h30, trễ 1 tiếng.
