Lịch xe khởi hành lúc 2:30 nhưng 3:30 mới được lên xe, hỏi khi nào xe đến thì nhân viên rất thái độ. Chỗ đợi xe thì nắng nóng, không có ghế ngồi cho khách, chen chút nhau rất khó chịu, hành lý ngổn ngang không có chỗ nào để, và mình phải để trên vỉa hè. Nói chung trải nghiệm tệ, phục vụ không đủ cơ bản, sẽ không quay lại.

Xe mới cũng tốt nhưng bị hoi mùi da, với lại TX nói chuyện trên xe to quá. Ấn tượng với chú xuất vé ở VP, cụt 1 tay á…khá thân thiện và vui vẻ với khách.

Last stop was miles from where it was originally stated (the centre of hué). probably to give the many taxis waiting there a chance to scam us all. This happens way too often in Vietnam

Xe mới, đẹp và rất sạch sẽ. Nhưng chạy rất chậm. Mình đi từ Mũi Né lúc 15h30, dự kiến 18h45 hoặc 19h đến Văn phòng ở Quận 1, nhưng phải đến hơn 22h mới tới Quận 1. Trễ tất cả mọi xe khách để có thể từ Sài Gòn về Tây Ninh. Rất tệ

Ở trạm Sài Gòn có các chị nữ nhân viên bảo về Phan Thiết sẽ có xe trung chuyển nhưng đến nơi hỏi thì anh tài xế lắc đầu bảo không, thái độ như không muốn chở khách
