It is asked to come 30min early. I arrived in the office : nobody is there. I waited and asked the neighbours but they didnt speak english. Finally I use google traduction, and the neighbour told me 30min delay. I dont see anyone in the office, I asked via WhatsApp but no answer. Finally the driver arrive (after 1h without seeing anyone) and do not even say hello or sorry. Also I paid for a cheap place but it was not available anymore so I needed to pay for more. Anyway the transport was great and confortable but I have never seen such a bad welcoming

preferred this trip back from Dalat to HCMC on limousine rather than the trip to Dalat on sleeper bus. more flexible, friendly driver, excellent recliner seat (with massage). 1st time using RedBus which made everything easy for me.
